Founded in 1952, The Florida Skin Divers Association (FSDA) is a volunteer, non-profit coalition of Dive Clubs and individuals bound together by our common interest in sport, skin and scuba diving. The FSDA is the oldest and largest independent organization of divers in the state of Florida. It is governed by an unpaid board of directors who are active in the diving community. The board works hard to promote diving and organize membership to protect their diving rights.

St. Pete Beach Aquatics Center
The St. Pete Beach Family Aquatic Center is a year-round heated facility that consists of a six-lane Junior Olympic swimming pool with an attached children’s play area featuring several water features that spray, drop and squirt water. This play area consists of a mushroom-shaped waterfall and colorful dumping cones. There are also two large tubular slides for older children. The pool area has tables, lounge chairs, showers, and dressing rooms available. There is plenty of room for sunbathing or shady umbrellas to escape the hot sun.

Tampa Bay Fossil Club
The Tampa Bay Fossil Club is a family oriented organization focused on paleontology, archaeology, and the natural sciences in general. Meetings are held monthly at the University of South Florida and feature prominent speakers from many areas of science. The Tampa Bay Fossil Club awards two annual scholarships to University of South Florida students working in the field of paleontology and geology. The 20 year old club hosts numerous field trips and gatherings through the year.
